The perfect mix of nature and culture when sailing with Croatia!

Probably the most beautiful sailing area in Europe

When traveling to Croatia, a visit to the Kornati National Park is an absolute must. This area with its 90 beautiful islands has been a nature reserve since 1980 and is considered one of the most challenging and beautiful sailing areas in the whole of Central Europe.

Kornati Islands – A natural wonder for your sailing vacation Croatia

The phenomenon of the Kornati islands can be seen immediately from the water or from the harbors. Here, beautiful bays and gigantic cliffs lie in close proximity to each other, making sailing in Croatia a captivating experience. The partly uninhabited islands in the area impress with their seclusion and untouched natural diversity. Many animal species are able to thrive here and adventurous vacationers always discover something new on their excursions. The name of the national park goes back to the so-called crowns. These vertical cliffs drop steeply into the open sea and turn every sailing trip from the enchanting harbors into an event.

A picturesque view of a coastal town nestled between lush green mountains and the deep blue sea with its sailing yachts under a clear sky.
In the foreground, red flowers and bright green leaves are clearly visible, in the background the blurred Colosseum in ancient Rome under a clear blue sky.

Pula – the exhilarating starting port for your sailing trip

The largest city in the Istria region and possibly your personal starting port is the cultural and economic epicenter. The wide range of activities combined with the Roman history creates a sense of freedom that attracts tourists from all over the world to Pula every year. The amphitheater built by the Romans is what made the city most famous. Numerous traveling exhibitions, film festivals and various cultural events take place here, especially in the warm summer months. The port of Pula is the perfect starting point for your sailing trip to the offshore islands and an excursion to Cape Kamenjak. The visit will provide you with wonderful vacation pictures for your loved ones at home.

Dalmatia / Trogir – the heart of the Adriatic

The abundance of sunshine in the Dalmatia region is unparalleled. From Zadar in the north, the region stretches along 400 km of coastline to the south of the city of Dubrovnik. The diversity of scenic beauty is reflected in the snow-capped mountain ranges, the many small and larger islands and the historic buildings along the coastline. The towns have a long history that stretches right up to the present day.

A historic stone building with ornate Gothic windows and arches can be seen from a low angle. The building features intricate architectural details and a sky blue background with some scattered clouds, reminiscent of the serene skies you will experience during a sailing vacation in Croatia. A sign and a roof with foliage are partially visible in the foreground.

Trogir – historic old town meets crystal-clear sea

The town of Trogir and the smaller surrounding vacation resorts will delight you with their historical flair. The old town center was separated from the rest of the mainland by a large canal by the Romans. If you cross the bridge into the old town today, an exciting story through time awaits you. Romantic, winding alleyways lead directly to important squares and sights, framed by the beautiful promenade with its clear seawater. In addition to its cultural diversity, Trogir attracts visitors with its white sandy beaches, hidden natural bays and great family beaches. Here you are guaranteed to find your personal favorite spot to enjoy your sunbath.

Sailing Croatia for everyone!

The port of Trogir offers over 170 berths, which are equipped with every luxury. Your sailing trip or sailing vacation can get off to a relaxed start from here. The marina offers a panoramic view of the fantastic promenade with its small cafés and restaurants. A wide selection of culinary dishes is on offer here, leaving nothing to be desired. Around the harbor, you can charter small or larger boats for your sailing vacation from local providers. If you don’t have your own sailing license, experienced skippers can help you out. Then you can join a sailingboat tour in Croatia.

Are you traveling as a group? A 3-cabin yacht is already available from 3300€and you can fit up to 6 people on it and have enough privacy all to yourselves!
