Our trips are specifically designed for beginner sailors, as the skipper takes individual care of you and can show you all the ropes and tricks for your first sailing experience. Have you sailed before and gained some experience? No problem, then you can support the skipper effectively. But the skipper is not your chauffeur; they assign tasks, and together as a crew, you’ll steer your sailboat. However, you can also relax, as the skipper knows the area well and will give you tips and tricks on what you can experience in your desired sailing area.

Catamaran or a yacht?

When choosing your sailboat, there are no limits. Not only can you freely decide where in the world you want to sail, but you can also choose between a 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-cabin yacht or a catamaran. The difference? A catamaran offers a bit more space below deck, as there are berths in both hulls. Monohulls, the other 3- to 6-cabin yachts, have standard berths, either with double beds or bunk beds. Overall, the catamaran provides a bit more space due to its generally wider design. The stereotype that a catamaran is steadier in stronger winds is not entirely true, as monohulls can also be quite stable in the water.

Skipper included

To provide you and your sailing crew with the best possible sailing experience, the skipper is always included in the price at sailwithus. This means you don’t have to worry about how to get from A to B, which routes are difficult to sail, or what the wind conditions will be today. Your skipper brings plenty of experience and can tell you exactly whether today’s wind is good or bad for an extensive sailing trip or if it’s better to go snorkeling in a cove instead. But just decide spontaneously, relax, and trust the experience of your skipper, aka sailing professional.
